Our Story
Since the late 1990’s, our Senior Consultant, Robert Koning, has provided unbiased, impartial opinions on a myriad of construction related legal matters. With a solid foundation in Building construction and general contracting, Mr. Koning decided to share his vast knowledge and experience with other contactors and, in 1994, founded and became the Director of Education for Contractors Institute.
In seeing a need was evident for sound construction advice & expertise in the legal arena, Mr. Koning founded RJ Koning Construction Consultants. Mr. Koning has expanded and sourced other construction experts to utilize their more than 70 years’ combined experience in various contractor trades. Together, our consultants provide a wide range of expert witness & consulting services to assist with construction related legal matters.
